It means we will cover your vacancy, only Permanent & not for Temp to Perm or Temp workers, as wages must be paid & there are other avenues for the latter options.
If a worker leaves for any reason, within 8 weeks, we will give you a Full Refund.
There is therefore no financial risk in those first 8 weeks, ample time for you to evaluate the Candidate & Blade, before any financial liability is in play!
