Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, Nr Earls Court, SW5, £21.00 per hour


Maintenance Engineering Supervisor required for a temporary job role based in a stylish apartment building based nr Earls Court, London SW5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, paying to £21 per hour


JOB DUTIES

The Maintenance Supervisor job will involve the following:


** Responsible for preventative planned maintenance and reactive maintenance for the plant & equipment.


** Involved in all areas of building maintenance & maintenance engineering including mechanical & electrical, hvac, plumbing work, hot & cold water supply, water treatment, carpentry, painting & decorating.


** Respond to all maintenance issues & supervision of the team in the maintenance department.


** Recruitment, training & induction of Maintenance Engineers.


** Responsible for testing of the fire alarm system & regular maintenance checks of rooms and areas.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

** The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Supervisor job will have supervised a maintenance team in a previous job role, the candidate will be multi skilled, organised, hard working and have a good working background & excellent contactable references.



** The candidate will live in a commutable distance to the site in London & be well presented with excellent communication skills.



** Ideally the candidate for the maintenance supervisor job role will have a trade qualification & skilled in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

JOB LOCATION

The Maintenance Supervisor job is based near Earls Court, London SW5.



JOB OFFER
  • The Maintenance Supervisor job is paying up to £21.00 per hour
  • Temporary for one month
  • Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
  • Meals and uniform provided
  • Free parking
  • Working in a team of skilled Engineers.
