Maintenance Plumber Job in London
Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a permanent maintenance plumber job role. This is a static job role based near Blackfriars, London EC4V , split shift 8-4, 9 -5 & 12-8. paying up to £29.5k pa.
The Maintenance Plumber job role is based in a busy boutique hotel in the heart of the City. The maintenance plumber job is for an immediate start, meals, uniform & tools provided.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Plumber job will have the following duties:
Responsible for installing pipes, sinks, toilets & water fixtures.
Repairs to all building leaking taps, boilers, appliance repairs, painting & decorating, basic carpentry & electrics.
Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, ordering parts & arranging repairs.
Preventative planned & reactive maintenance of all plant & equipment.
The maintenance plumber job role is responsible for attending to all fault logs for building services & general building maintenance
Assemble fittings & valves, identify & replace worn parts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Plumber job will be:
Fluent in English, fully eligibility to work in the UK.
Ideally, the Maintenance Plumber job role will suit a candidate who is multi-Skilled in electrical & mechanical, previous handyman experience will be an advantage.
Be driven & show a proven stable work history & track record.
Live within a commutable distance to the job in the London city centre.
The Candidate for the Maintenance Plumber job ideally will have similar experience & a good friendly personality, someone extremely well presented with a positive attitude & a good team spirit.
