We are currently filling a Maintenance job in Cornwall, UK to join our Client in their hotel maintenance team for a stunning Hotel near the Truro area. The maintenance job involves weekend work & is mostly 7:30-5 daily, paying up to £28k pa.
job duties
The Maintenance job will be suitable for a competent Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, basic fabric work & phone networks maintenance engineer.
The maintenance job will include the maintenance of pools & hot tubs & planned & reactive maintenance of the hotel plant & equipment, including the vast grounds & gardens.
This Maintenance job role will be ideal for someone who lives in the Cornwall area, ideally a professional maintenance candidate who is immaculately presented with good customer service & communication skills.
The Maintenance job role has a primary goal of keeping the hotel in immaculate presentation & pristine condition, maintaining the ambience of comfort & luxury that clientele are accustomed to in this prestigious hotel.
job requirements
High quality work & achieving a 5 star experience is paramount, the ideal maintenance engineer must have had a good similar background or have aspirations to achieve to this.
The Maintenance job will be ideally suited to an Engineer from a similar job background in hotel maintenance, maintenance engineering or doing maintenance in the hospitality sector & have their own transport.
