Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a maintenance handyman job in Buckinghamshire, working mobile across multiple sites around Amersham, Buckinghamshire carrying out general maintenance to public facilities. The working hours will be M-F 8am-5pm, salary offered for the maintenance handyman Job is up to £25k pa + company van + great benefits.
HANDYMAN JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Handyman job will be required to carry out general fabric maintenance.
The Handyman will carry out repairs, plastering, painting, basic plumbing and electrical work.
The Handyman job role is responsible to attend to all fault logs for building services & general building maintenance.
The
Handyman job includes carrying out weekly site safety checks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The maintenance Handyman job candidate should hold a full clean UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate for the Handyman job will have basic experience in electrical, joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating & carpentry work.
The maintenance Handyman will have knowledge of health & safety regulations.
The Handyman job is ideal for someone with experience in a customer facing environment or previously worked as a Painter, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Operative or Maintenance Technician.
Preferred candidate for the Handyman job role will hold a qualification in a building services trade.
