Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Handyman job based in Wokingham, Berkshire, the permanent Maintenance Handyman, will join the estates & engineering team, working 37.5 hrs pw & paying up to £26800 pa. The job role has huge potential for career growth & there is an aspect of management within the role.
JOB DUTIES
⭕The maintenance handyman job role will attend to preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment.
⭕Attend to all fault logs for building services & general building maintenance.
⭕The maintenance Handyman job role will be responsible for maintenance issues including building fabric, mechanical & electrical plant & equipment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
⭕The ideal maintenance Handyman will be someone with experience & have worked on a previous job as a Hotel Maintenance Engineer
⭕The handyman job role is in the built environment & would suit someone ideally have from a facilities, maintenance or estates background
⭕Ideally someone who is multi skilled with a good working background & references.
