Mobile Cleaner Job in Brighton, £11.50 ph,Temp 3 months/ongoing 40 hrs pw
We are currently recruiting for a mobile cleaner job roles for the Brighton, East Sussex area BN2.
8am to 4pm. 3 months contract possibility of going permanent. £11.50 per hour.
The Mobile Cleaning Operative will join a busy Property/Estate Services team to provide a high quality cleaning services for a well known housing group.
JOB DUTIES
The Cleaner job in Brighton, East Sussex will involve the following:
General cleaning, litter picking, changing bins and reporting issues. Cleaning accommodation, Identify and report hazards & Identify points for maintenance and repair. Work as part of a team Safety and security awareness at all times.
Responsible for indoor & outdoor communal areas including lifts, stairwells, floors, walls & windows, bin stores and shoot rooms, and all outdoor spaces.
Sweeping, mopping, and polishing of hard floors, Cleaning wiping, dusting, and polishing of surfaces, Emptying waste bins removing rubbish, Cleaning toilet area
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The cleaner job role required someone with cleaning experience who has a driver’s license and good working references for a previous cleaner job role, someone who is hardworking and reliable and ideally lives around the Brighton area, East Sussex.
The ideal Cleaner for the job role will be energetic, punctual, and reliable with a proactive approach to work and a full driving licence is essential for this job role as it requires mobile travel between housing locations.
You will be willing to work indoors and outdoors throughout the seasons, and be able to work effectively alone and alongside team members to complete the job to hand.

Temporary 3 months, could extend.
